When you come to our holiday club, please remember to bring:

  • A packed lunch (see food page for details)

  • Necessary medication

  • A change of clothes (KS1)

  • A jacket and coat (if cold / wet)

  • Wellington boots (if wet)

  • A hat (if sunny)

  • Sun cream (if sunny)

Our holiday club runs at Morgans Primary School, in the school dining hall, from Monday to Friday throughout the school holidays. We are open from 8.30am to 4.30pm.

Each of our holiday club weeks are planned around a theme, a space themed week or an Easter activity week. Our structured activities will be based around this theme, be it arts and crafts, sporty games, making yummy treats or one of the vast other tasks we get up to.

Our focus is very much about having fun and playing. We often invite exciting visitors such as magicians, entertainers or small petting animals. Occasionally the children will go on outings. This might be a nature walk in the local woods or a cinema trip. All these activities will be outlined in our holiday planner and are included in the price.

We aim to offer a variety of choice in the day to day games that the children play. this includes construction games like Lego, arts and crafts, board games, card games, scientific toys like magnets and imaginative play with dolls or action figures. There is a relaxation corner with beanbags and books to read as well as a home corner for role play. We also use the schools main hall for physical play and the large playground space and tree house.

Please ensure that you provide a packed lunch and water bottle (no nuts or fizzy drinks please). We provide snacks and fruit throughout the day and often the children make or cook things to eat as part of an activity in the session.   Please see our Food Page for information on snacks.

During our holiday club we try to follow the routine as seen below. Please note that this may vastly differ due to variables like trips or visitors. If your child needs to be collected at a specific time or you need more precise information for a particular day, please contact us.
