Late collection fees of £10 per 15 minutes (or part thereof) apply, during both term time and holiday clubs.

Payments are made via our online bookings portal Kids Club HQ - for contract bookings invoicing is one month in advance with payment being required before places are used. ie for contracts requested in August - payments need to be made before 31st August for places in September.

 

Ad hoc bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking via Kids Club HQ.
